Sabah Trip - Day 1

Alright,

As promised,

I’m gonna update about my Sabah trip this time. =)

Day 1 – 4^th December 2010

Today,

I have to wake up extremely early.

Well,

Basically I managed to get some sleep.

I slept at 4am and woke up at 5am. LOL~

After wash up and done some final packing,

We headed to KL Sentral.

I was very excited,

Because dear was coming along with me to Sabah!! =)

After checked-in at KL Sentral,

We went to have our breakfast >> McD!! LOL~

Honestly,

It is super expensive to have McD as breakfast.

5 of us eating,

Ended up spending almost RM50!

We can even eat Dim Sum with that money >_<

As our flight tickets was sponsored by the government,

Hence we were taking MAS Airlines.

As MAS Airlines’ flight ticket is more expensive,

Hence dear bought Air Asia’s flight ticket.

As a result,

We are going to different airport.

Separated with dear =(

Anyway,

Reached airport,

Waited for boarding,

Waited for depart,

Experienced flight delayed for 30 minutes,

Departed,

Slept in the airplane,

Taken lunch,

Eaten Haagen Dazs ice cream,

Arrived!!

The flight made me felt dizzy.

Weather was not good from KL to KK. LOL~

Once we arrived,

My uncle was waiting for us.

We went to another airport and fetched dear.

After that,

We went to our uncle’s house,

Which will be our staying place while we were in Sabah.

We chatted with my uncles and aunt for a moment,

While waiting for dear’s friend to come and fetch us.

Dear’s friend, Aaron, was from Malacca,

And currently studying tourism at UMS.

Well,

I actually mentioned him in my previous post before. =)

And the 3 friends that we get to know at Sabah,

One of them is Aaron’s gf, Hui Wen,

Another one is Hui Wen’s younger sister, Hui Ming,

The third one is Hui Ming’s best friend, Yee Xin.

We spent a lot of time together while we were in Sabah. =)

We first went to eat pan mee at Xiang Xiang Pan Mian.

I’ve been eating the pan mee since I was still a kid. LOL~

However,

I am not eating that day as I’ve already taken my lunch during the flight.

After that,

We went to Museum Sabah.

Nothing much there,

Even visitors are less. LOL~

After that, we went to UMS.

Why we went there?

I don't know. Haha~

Our next destination was a resort.

I don’t know the name of the resort,

But it seems like very grand.

Well,

Most of the guests of the resort are Western people. LOL~

By the time we reached the resort it is around 5pm.

Do you guys know?

At Sabah they sky will start to turn dark at 5.30pm,

And get absolutely dark at 6.15pm!

It is different from KL =)

Once we reached,

We visited the beach there.

It was so PRETTY!!!

Well,

The beach is always pretty especially during sunset,

Don’t you agree with me? =)

After we were all satisfy of taking pictures,

We headed to Telipok to have some Coconut Pudding!!

It is nice!! =)

Dear also tried the Kelapa Bakar there.

What is Kelapa Bakar in English?

Burned Coconut? LOL~

Okay I know,

It's LAME. LOL~

Anyway,

From dear's expression,

It is HOT!!!

Haha~

We headed home after that.

These were our activities on the first day. =)
